The canteen
The registration for the canteen is on a quarterly basis:
- 1st quarter - (from 4/09/07 to 30/11/07)
- 2nd quarter - (from 3/12/07 to 31/03/08)
- 3rd quarter - (from 1/04/08 to 18/06/08)
The children registered in the canteen have the choice between 2 options (The options are valid for one complete quarter):
- To Bring their own cold lunch (keep in the morning in the refrigerator of the dining hall):

Lunch box (this formula is free): lunch boxes will be kept at the entrance in the morning with the person in charge of canteen / AES. Mention name and the class of your child on the lunch box.
To improve the functioning of the canteen I would be grateful if you could take the following measures:

Carefully indicate on a legible label, the name and the class of your child (PS, red, yellow, blue).

To give proper lunch boxes (no paper or plastic bags).
Ensure your child does not keep his lunch box with him in the class: it must be handed in the morning to Amit or to a canteen staff on duty for this purpose.
NB: Lunch boxes are not authorized to be warmed any more. Think of isothermal lunch boxes.
- Taking lunch from " BON APPETIT " company:
- This fixed option will cost 4000 Rs (primary) / quarterly and 4500 Rs (secondary)/ quarterly.
- A canteen card will be given to your child who will have to present it for the meal.

- Water is supplied by the school.
- Soft drink are strictly forbidden
- Table settings, plates, forks and spoons are provided.

Food hygiene:
- The children must wash their hands before every meal.
- The children must sit and have their lunch in the dining hall ONLY.
- SOFT DRINKS are strictly forbidden.
- Any meal coming from another restaurant is not allowed in the establishment (except lunch boxes)
Reminder: any breach of rules of good manners will attract sanctions according to the internal regulation of EFD.
NB: PLEASE IMMEDIATELY INFORM THE ADMINISTRATION IF YOUR CHILD SUFFERS FROM ANY FOOD ALLERGY.
